Role overview

The Supplier will be providing a range of support to the programme team including technical assistance in the design, roll-out, and implementation of community mobilization and engagement activities.

The Supplier will also advise the mobilization and youth influencing strategy of the programme and ensure that young people are proactively and meaningfully involved in the decision-making processes throughout relevant workstreams. The position will help to strengthen and scale up young people’s participation in the different phases of the programme (inception and implementation).

Evaluation Criteria

Your application will be evaluated as set out below: 

Stage 1 (Short-listing): Applications will be shortlisted with reference to each of the essential criteria in the Person Specification with the following scoring model:

10 - Excellent

  7 - Good 

  5 - Adequate

  3 - Poor

  0 - Unacceptable

The following weightings will apply: 

  •    Specific Knowledge and Experience: 60% 
  •     Qualifications: 30% 
  •      Commercial Evaluation: 10% 

  (Your proposed Daily Rate will be evaluated for the purposes of the commercial evaluation.) 

Stage 2 (Interview): At the end of Stage 2, the three highest ranking bidders with a score of at least 5 points for each mandatory response will be invited to attend an interview. The interview may focus on any area of the Person Specification for this consultancy.
