About the film
Blossom | زهر was created by young film-makers in Tunisia and in the UK.
38 young filmmakers from both countries met for the first time on 6 January 2021.
In the 12 weeks that followed the young film-makers got to know each other, as they developed the concept and script for a unique film collaboration that took place entirely online, in the middle of a pandemic.
The film was shot on location in Tunisia and London in March 2021.
The film was made possible as part of Dual Netizenship, a British Council funded project.
